Items will usually ship within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us with any problems you may have within 14 days of RECEIVING your item and we will be glad to issue a store credit, refund purchase price (minus shipping cost to return product back) or replace your item upon receiving original item back. DO NOT send item back without an RMA# issued by Mr. Hit. After 14 days have passed, please review the warranty offered with the specific item you purchased. Contact us and we will be glad to replace your item with another new and identical item upon your return of the original item given it is within the warranty specifications. If we are not responsible for the warranty offered (Manufacturer's warranty) then we will be glad to help you get in contact with that company.
